Our region has recently been invaded. Some good guys offered their help and asked for region password (the invaders have set it up). They told me the new password should be telegrammed to me, but I received nothing but messages from evil invaders! Because of this, our region was destroyed!

I can see two possibilities. Ungomma was in 000000000000000 previously. That region got badly hurt by a long-term occupation, which was eventually ended by mod intervention. By the time the multi was cleared, the region had 4 nations left. It's back up to 9 now.
The other and more recent possibility I see is Academia, where Alphaks kicked out a bunch of nations, spammed regional happenings, got DEATed (twice)...
Either way, it seems to have been taken care of, assuming the current ADN forces in control of Academia continue to behave appropriately.
