ViciousDolphin has been posting without taking a nap.

He threatened the lives of the Canadian Supreme Court judges. That is very illegal and could land this site into trouble regardless of its "international status".

Please advice.

Also, please take a look at Almighty Sephiroths idealistic thread as there is a flamewar going on between New Auburnland and Dreamsc.

Thank you

Actually, everyone using this site absolves Max Barry, the Administrators and the Moderators of any and all responsibility for the content posted by users. However, we can still look into the posts as that sounds like a clear violation.

Vicious Dolphins has already been warned.

New Auburnland and Dreamsc have both been warned.

Thank you Myrth and MGH.

As per your statement about being absolved off all material posted on this site.

It is true that the Good Samaritan clause in American FCC regulations give you guys a break but it does not stop state bodies from investigating and interrogating.

If someone threatens the life of POTUS on this site, the response would be unpleasant.

There are legislative acts that override the above agreement. Threatening the life of a world leader or members of the Supreme Judicial body of a country activate them.

On Fark.com, several posters threatened the POTUS and the site was investigated by Secret Service agents who interviewed the administration and acquired lists of those responsible for the post. The site is now monitored for additional statements. I am not trying to push this issue, I just wanted to give you mods a heads-up about something.
