Protecting this IP banned nation from expiring

In case anyone doesn't know, the ISP I use is paradise.net.nz. Paradise's customers are behind TelstraClear's proxy servers, which are currently banned from the game due to the actions of a certain user.

From the page I get at URLs which refer to the game:
TelstraClear has advised that as of May 4th,
their customers will no longer share a single IP address.
As soon as this occurs, TelstraClear and Paradise users will
no longer be affected by this ban.
According to a friend, this nation (Mr Ledge) is 54 days inactive. That would mean that it would just survive until the change is made... however I'm not sure that TelstraClear can be trusted to make this change on time. And unlike my other nations, if this one dies I'll lose access to this forum account. Furthermore, I am not able to log in to this forum with any of my other nations for some reason (I suspect it's a cookie or something, associated with this forum account, but I'd rather not try to fiddle with that sort of stuff in case I make a mistake and end up unable to get at this account either).

As can be seen by the inactivity time, this nation is in vacation mode already - is it possible for the game moderators or administrators to change the recorded last activity time, or to protect the forum account from deletion when the nation expires?

If you want you can TG me all the details of your account, and id be willing to keep it alive for you, but the mods are probably onto it already.

Austar, not meaning to be rude here, but players have been advised time and time again not to trust anyone with their password.

I do have a few friends who I think are trustworthy enough to be given the password to the nation. They're mostly people I've known since before any of us discovered the game, so I'm pretty sure they wouldn't attempt any nation-stealing. However, this is my UN nation, and they have UN nations of their own, so if they were to log in as this nation it'd probably set off the UN-multi-detecting-machine. And I'm not going to give the password to anyone I don't know well.

We're aware of the circumstances, you'll be fine.

Conversely, you can send me the password, and I'll log in exactly once.

Okay, I can send you the password by email (although I'd need the address - I thought there was a list of email addresses for some of the moderators around, but I can't seem to find it) or on IRC (I'm on irc.serenity-irc.net as mopgoblin for the next few hours, or you could give me your nick and the name of a network you're on).

Be sure to include "NationStates" in the subject line, or my white list will eat it.
