Celsus once again is spamming my region's nations with recruitment telegrams this time around.

The nation of JLJoplin, in my region (The Chemistry of 923) currently has two recruitment TGs from Celsus from the last four days. They are there until this matter is resolved, but for the record:

Good Afternoon Your Excellency,

I’m writing to you this afternoon to inform you of my newly created region, The Alliance Of Arcadia – where democracy is not just promised but lived. As you may have read from my statement this afternoon, my nation and I are tired of living in a region where democracy is a cheap promise and never even thought about once nations join the region. In Arcadia however, things are totally different. The whole government is elected by the region; UN issues are voted on by the region and all major regional and international issues are debated and voted on by all nations in the region. If you agree that the opinions of individual nations are important and not “a waste of time” as Tuesday Heights put it, then I invite you to enjoy a truly democratic and free life.

Just a warning for the moderators, Celsus' new nation, Celsius, is claming he was hacked. I don't want to be blamed for his deletion, and I know he doesn't read the forums. Is it possible someone could let him know? He will accuse me, simply because his region and my region, have been at odds.

Also, just so it can't be used against me, though I wish I didn't feel compelled to release this intelligence.

Celsus/Celsius gave me his old nation of Studium, which the moderators will be able to see he himself originally changed the password, left the UN, and now the nation is accessed from my IP address as opposed to his.

I don't want him claiming I "hacked" the nation he gave me.
