Hello moderators...

Well I was thinking of creating a thread listing all the left wing nations I wish to eventually wage war on (RP in II of course).

Is such a thread allowed (enemies of my nation) and where if so would it go (which forum)?

Eh, it's IC, shouldn't be a problem.

Be very careful, however, as threads like that (enemy, ignore, target, etc. lists) often walk the line between allowable and flamebait. As for forum, NS or II would be fine, probably in the forum you usually post on, NS if you don't have a preference, I guess.

Listing only the nation name would be most appropriate and least likely to get you in trouble...

Listing with your reasons would most likely wind up being flamebait...
