I'm sure that he isn't deleted......I just saw one of his posts about 20 secs ago.....
I researched a tad further, the thread he lead shows him as an ex nation, but further in it, he is active...must have been a glitch in NS? Oh well.

Theres a thread by a deleted Nanakaland, think its the "Show off your army" one. I can only assume that he had a nation that was deleted and somehow got the name back.

I think I've seen something like this before, and it results from a nation being IP banned, but accessing from a different IP. I may be wrong though, so any mods can feel free to correct me (as if they wouldn't). :P

If memory serve, Nanakaland got deleted for inactivity, and later revived, which results in his old posts being listed as from an 'ex-nation'. =p

1) Bananafanabobanaland timed out some time ago.
2) Siri resurrected him.
3) All his posts previous to when his nation died from inactivity were classified as being by an ex-nation.
4) All his posts -now- are done by a live nation (obviously) and so he looks like a live nation (because he is).
5) Why isn't this in Technical or Moderation?

Just because I can clean up after people...Well, the person who posted this may have felt that sense Naka posted a lot in NationStates, this should go in NationStates because that's where the interest lies. I don't know, I didn't post the thread. The point is, Phyrric had his reasons, and you have your reasons to do the move.
Besides, it really is your job as a mod to do the cleanup. From code errors to spammers to the uneducated, it's your job to keep the forums in order. Oh, and to occasionally add wacky new forums (*tips hat to Reppy*). :wink:
