The only nation remaining hadn't been logged into for 56+ days, plus we gave him/her the password for the region in case he/she woke up AND offered the nation a place in the new EoP. Being an old member of the EoP myself, and seeing as no one wants to lead the region, I feel that we should be able to recreate it.

How kicking one inactive nation out, supplying them the password, offering them a place in the new region, could be called griefing is beyond me. How that 'griefing' could result in the deletion of two nations, ones that have stuck firmly by the rules of the game may I add, is a travesty of justice. Besides, as you were once the founder of the EoP, you can hardly say that the EoP was innocent of griefing. We have both decided to appeal against this decision.

Fine with me, but you could have waited for a few days and then recreated it.

By the way which nation are you?

My nation was The Aliance of Fascism. I also had a friend with me called Kings-Land, which was later given to me.

I'd also like to know why Kings-Land was deleted, it was my main nation, granted, but it was not involved with the invasion at all. If a mod could clear this up I would be grateful.

Look, it's really simple:

If you eject everyone from a region to recreate it, you will be deleted.

This answers it all. There are so many helpful posts here. Just a pity that you rather be deleted, than read something. 8)
Mods have stepped up the punishments. Using puppets to griefe is frowned upon.

I understand if we had ejected several active nations, but I still think it is harsh that 3 nations were deleted because we kicked one nation that will die soon anyway. Most of all I think it is unfair that Spearhead, the nation that was supporting me, was deleted when he had no idea that we were going to kick anyone out.

I still think that you could have passworded the region, send the inactive native the password, and simply could have waited those few days. I once waited 6 months for all nations to die off, in Monte Carlo. I was not at least bothered. The rules are fair on that.

Did he protest, and unendorsed you, when you broke the rules?

Well I'm not sure. DrDre was deleted, and so was he, I think he was deleted before he knew anything about it. He did protest to me and asked why I didn't tell him what I was doing on our forum.

True. but Kings-Land and Spearhead ejected no-one. I'm also curious as to how a link was made between Kings-Land and DrDre, they were two seperate nations in two seperate regions. If I had used Kings-Land, would DrDre have been deleted?
