As a nation, we, of course, do intend to make necessary sacrifices to get laid as often as possible and work in a fair amount of drinking and going out to see bands.

Recently, I initiated a mission concerning this region. My case to the FA members for invasion was that of the ACC presence within Atlantic. It was all well and good saying you voluntarily 'disbanded' but that was not enough. Having this region under your grip meant the looming threat of a reformation. It seems that reformation was round about now!

The ACC had to be wiped off the map - well and truly. For those regions you invaded, taunted and then left in turmoil we now are here to stop history repeating. The NS world must never forget what the ACC did - unleashed a wave of region-crashing groups on our innocent regions.

We of the FA are here to defend our interests. We wish to keep the ACC out of the world in order for all to experience a free way of living. You of the ACC are terrorists - and always will be.

I warn other oppressive delegates out there to take note - you will not be tolerated anymore! The Freedom Alliance are back and we will not rest until the ACC's fate is also that of yours!

We will be discussing how to arrange a handover to the natives in the future and would like the input from those true natives at our website.

It certainly has not been 'griefed', though it has been crashed. Only the former delegate was ejected and I am awaiting a reply from 2 mods regarding the 'password rule' which I am unaware of.

We have taken the delegateship and ejected one nation - hardly a mass holocaust as is being portrayed.

you didn't eject the former delegate, you banned the former delegate, who is a native of the region.
also, the password must be telegrammed to all natives immediatly.


and before someone says this should go through the getting help page, it has been filed.

I have also stated it in the Getting Help page. Rest assured we will work with the moderators to ensure a peacful mission is undertaken and that the natives of Atlantic are given their region as soon as we can.

I also read those 'stickies' before you posted them, and none state anything regarding a rule of password protection.

Ok let us be reminded that the invasion rules posted earlier this month were purposed. As of all the UN wars I have fought in NS...I will name them if needed, this is breaking the laws I had to follow. When the USSR invaded the United Kingdom a few weeks ago we set the password, it had to be sent out in 30 minutes or it was griefing or so said the mods. We could not ejecte and ban a native for more than an hour, or so said the mods. I am sorry but I have failed to see evidence of those rules changing in a few weeks to 12 hours. It has already been considered griefing since the password was never given, and Nuss has been banned for too long.

You don't have too consult with them, and shame on the mods for even thinking about this. It is already griefing and should be taken care of, not talked out of. Atlantic did not asked to be helped or turned into a respected member of the international community, though almost everyone respected them even if they did hate them. Irony here is that FA is an invading alliance now, like the AA...only difference is you grief.

Total nonsense! We are working closely with our moderators and we are following the proceedures as they dictate to us.

You invaded the United Kingdom, and you too were in talks with the moderators for the do's and don'ts or warfare!

Aren't we entitled to discuss our position with the mods as you did? There are many different invasions that occur every day, all with different causes etc. Each are their own case.

Less than 24 hours into our liberation, we are now in full co-operation with clear rules and are now ironing out details of the Nuss issue.

Your accusation of the FA being region griefers is nothing short of remarkable. I am not going to defend our actions to you foreigners. We will answer to the mods and to the Atlantic natives!

The password has been restored. It has been posted in the WFE entry that it will be in place for 12 hours.

Nusseburg has not been removed from the banned list after almost 15 hours. This is a griefing.

I have requested the password, both before it was lifted and now that it has been restored. I have not received it. Further, it was/is the invaders responsibility to distribute the password, not my responsibility to request it. Again, this is a griefing in progress.

I ask Musez, who are these Mods that you are conferring with? What are their names? I respect all the Mods and their decisions so why do you show them contempt by keeping your advisors secret?

Bollocks! Anyone who knows the first thing about invasions ought to be aware of the general rules of it - take a LOOK at the Gameplay or Moderation forums for crying out loud. Some of those threads are actually quite informative and succinct.

other than that, I can think of a few situations where FA members broke the rules pretty badly. Do you remember how many nations were deleted in The Freedom Alliance Region and The Phoenix Gate? That's just one of your less important members.

The region is secure. Thanks to the friends who helped out on a moment's notice. The crashers have been expelled. That bit in the world factbook about the FA being the first griefers in the game is true, by the way. But err, that's a rather *hotly* contested point of history between us.

I have been in this game for over a year and I do not expect to have to sign into this forum everytime the mods make an adjustment to the rules.

We have carried out such operations before and they have been a success - but no deletion, no mod intervention.

I would remind the mods that those in Atlantic did the very same thing as us in countless regions by keeping the password on - countless!

Incorrect. Leaving off the password while you were not going to be on would be losing an invasion. Breaking the rules was suicide (so to speak).

I have nothing against invasion, but you actually thought that mods have nothing else to do than explain the rules everyone of us individually, on request? You should have listened to us, but instead you rather be deleted than listen to your fellow players. I have nothing against you, but I hated your approach. Next time, you simply unban the ejectees immediately, and don't password the region, unless you are ready to telegram all the natives about the password. It is that easy. Believe me, the mods don't have to answer your request, and you should had better learned the rules, before playing harcore.



[color=red]Regarding the section in red: Any player may ask the Moderators for clarification on the rules, though the "Moderation" forum is the best venue for such requests. I, personally, don't have a problem with a player insisting on having an official response on a particular question. In other words, failing to listen to other ordinary players is not a serious fault on his part and is NOT necessarily something he should be admonished for.

Regarding sections in blue: The above having been said, I do note that he was correctly referred to the officially-posted rules AND that he got two telegrams from Moderators* explaining the rules to him. I also note that he had plenty of time to comply between those telegrams and his deletion. Also, as Carinthe stated, it's usually a good idea to ask for rule clarification before launching an invasion. Anybody who waits until an operation is well underway to ask what might get them deleted is seriously taking chances.

Firstly - I would ask Reploid Productions to state here what telegram he sent me - because I did not see it and was probably sent when I was offline. When I came online, "Musez" was deleted.

Secondly, I would ask Ineptia to explain his telegram - it stated that a nation was to be unbanned after an invasion. I then sent him a telegram asking if it was alright to keep the former delegate out because his return would mean an immediate ousting. Pehaps his response was the same situation as that as RP.

Lastly, Cognition, why have you deleted my nation "Musez" when it was the nation "The Tank Engine" that carried out the crime. I again ask you to give me back Musez as I committed the so called 'crime' (which I staunchly object to) with TTE.

Deleting 2 of my nations is surely unheard of in a case like this. It is not as if both were in the UN, in which case I could accept your decision. There is no reason to have deleted both accounts and that is highly unfair and as far as I know unheard of. Please, once more, consider giving me back 'Musez'.
