I have been delegate of Holtwood since monday. Today I ejected The Holy Empire of Shinntopia. This is the first ejection. I ejected them for trying to take over and for indirectly calling some people a bad word. See this post for me reasons this person is not banned. This post has been made to clarify my actions. Below is Shen's post that caused me to do that .

Holtwood brothers DO NOT endorse the delegate! This only hurts us. Endorse me and I can give Holtwood back to us... my brothers. We need to regain control of our region and keep control of it. Some of you were waiting for a sign to show the new takeover of our region and rid ourselve of these communists... The time s now. Gather our allies and begin endorsing. Work quickly because we have not much time... I will rid us of these bastar*ds. NOW is the time... there is no other. We must have freedom in the next 48 hours... or it may never come. So, remove your endorsements from any communist state and endorse Shinntopia today! We must work quickly brothers... tell others to join and do the same. We need Holtwood back!

Not sure, which is why I'm posting here, I do believe that you can eject someone and immediately unban them so long as you don't do it in mass numbers.

That's a political ejection on your part, and you seem to have unbanned him. It's perfectly legal.
