Griefing in The Moonlit Islands

I have been a native for about a month and half. A few weeks ago a group of defender took over. And I tried to get back the region I have been in for a while which failed but they placed a password. And now they refuse to give me the password. Check my TM box he says he wont give it to me.

Thanks,
Connmenn

Invaders/defenders are required to give out the password no matter what under the rules.

Hmm .. it's not quite clear but:

If you had left the region before the invasion happened, I don't think you are considered a native. If you were in the region you probably are. It's not quite clear from what you said which is the case. You are only entitled to the password if you are a native, not if you used to be a native but left on your own.

From an invader's point of view, there is no way to prove that you are a native if you were not in the region at the time of takeover. Example, I took over Aanerica and some dumb defender tried 2 act like a native, people like that everywhere.

According to my records, you were also in that region on February 13, more than two months ago. Whether this makes you a native... that all depends... ;)

Connmenn: I think the point Hack was trying to make is that you are in the region you say you can't get into. Does that mean your problem is sorted out, or is there something Modish that you would still like done?

Ballatonia: What did I have for breakfast again?

I remember the name. I thought you split before the invasion happened.

Serin left 2 or 3 days before the invasion and I decided to hang out for a bit

I am the codirector of a group called the OSA which is supported by the ADN. the reason we invaded if you all want to know is because the director/founder of the OSA had also founded TMI (the region in question). his founding nation was deleted due to inactivity and he forgot the password so now he cannot ressurect it.

and as for connmenn, the new rules say
Rule of thumb definition of a native:
Someone in the region before your invading group arrived that is not a confirmed part of another invading group ('defenders', other invasion groups, etc). Note that 'spies' planted in a region do not count as natives. (Then again, a good spy does not get caught as such.)

i consider connmenn a spy since he attempted to uproot my delegacy. this is all i have to say and since i dont check the forums much, mostly because i do not have time, please tm me. thank you for listening.

The rules you are quoting are draft rules. They are not in effect yet, hence the Size=20, bold red text in the first message stating that they are not binding.

Also, it would behoove you to keep up on things here, in forum, as I'm not about to carry on a conversation on forum and in telegrams because you aren't interested enough to take a look at a thread.
