Cortlandian and the delegate Ilyich were banned and were unbanned after the region was passworded. The griefer, Boom2Bust, has endorsements from Zelzah and HolyGhost. It happened around 10 AM of April 21 2004.

A few hours ago though, the griefer removed passwords and left the region.
