A nation by the name of "Juden 0" endlessly writes offensive and abusive messages in the Civil HQ of several regions.

His/her posts are not only generally offensive, pointless, and crude, but often contain racial references that are often directed against Jews, Germans, among others. Likewise, his messages are usually sexually explicit and entirely inappropriate.

I believe others have complained about this particular nation before - why he has not already been reprimanded is beyond my comprehension.

hmmm...I'm not a MOD or a psychologist...but this dude sounds sick. Yeah...the mods should look at this.

Well, are any of his messages directed towards an individual nation?
If so, I've seen this before and it hopefully got taken care of. Perhaps you should post some of his messages.

Posting links or copies of these messages would be helpful to the moderators.

I must agree with Tuesday Heights here. Provided they aren't overly explicit, it's a good idea to copy them to your post.

This is not the first offence for this nation if I remember.
