thanks to the mod who revived 23 nations for me..

because of the server and some RL stuff i couldn't check up on my nations, and i lost 23 of them..
i now got almost all of them back, i'm only missing 3 more nations..
also putting them all on vacation mode at least for now..

just wanted to say sorry for the trouble, and thanks for bringing them back
