Regional Greetings in the Feeders.

Ok, this is basically a question on wether internal official messages posted on the regional are considered spam.

Basically the idea is to write an introductory letter, containing all the basics about the region and a link to the offsite.
This would be posted on the regional board, and any time someone came along and saw that it was pushed off, anybody active would repost it from the copy saved on the offsite.

Im pretty sure its legal, as it isnt external recruiting but rather informing the populace about some things they may not be aware of.
It probably wouldnt be huge so its not a menace.

Last I heard, recruitment messages in feeder regions are allowed but limited to one per day. If it scrolls off, too bad.

Azerbaijanistanialand is discussing whether it is appropriate to post greeting messages on the civil hq to help new nations become involved in the Pacific. He is not talking about recruitment messages. What I believe he would like to do is post a helpful message targetted for new nations.

Of course I might be biased here, but I personally think that this kind of message would not be considered spam as long as the delegate of the region condones it. What say ye, great wise mods?
