"DEAT" is a piece of slang imported to Nationstates by Neut, actually =p According to him, it's origins lie in a typo somebody he knew. Said somebody meant to type "dead", but typed "deat" by accident, and "deat" caught on in that group. When Neut became a mod, he brought "DEAT" to NS, where it gained the additional meaning of deletion. =p

Really, you should step away from the game, and take a walk in the park. Feed the birds and listen to some good music. You are pushing the issue of your deletion again. Take a rest, and come back in a month or so. You'll get a better perspective on your matter.

I think your last region was deleted for complaining, so a piece of friendly advice is just drop it. Your nation is DEAT, and i doubt the mods are going to bring it back if you complain. If anything they'll probably DEAT your new nation aswell.
I suggest that you just quietly let it drop and conserve your energy by focusing on building up your new nation.
Again, I am not a mod, and these are only what I can make out of this ongoing moaning on your part.
Plus, hijacking a thread to do it in isn't exactly the best move, considering your not in the mods good book at the moment
