Someone deleted The Real HLF

judging by the threads on this matter, I would say you were harrassing a mod. If the mods have made up there mind on a matter and closed it (like the locking of your initial thread), then they will only get irritated if you keep on trying to argue your case.
It sounds as though you got lucky if you were flaming and you only had your posts moved. Considering the fact that the mods could DEAT you for that...
Anyway, I am not a mod and these are only my assessments of what has happened
I didn't flame and I worked hard to build my nation. Is there anyway I can get it back

NOT A MOD
From reading the threads, I would say that a possible reason for deletion was continuing to post to Euro and Trans' thread when asked not to, and continuing to argue the point after multiple mods warned you to stop. Accusing mods of harassment, bullying and flaming when they have declared that you are in the wrong are also actions that are not likely to reap positive consequences.
How can I get a mod to tell me the reason? It seems the mods are above the law.

I'd say that you already have the answer. These folks who posted in this thread are pretty bright people. BINGO!
You wouldn't let it go after Hack and I both warned you to. It's the price you pay.

Transnapistan(sp?) wasn't being a bully; you were being a pest. He threateaned to report you because you were harassing him.
If he were refusing to leave you alone and threateaned to report you, then he would have been a bully. Instead, you refused to leave him alone, so you are the one who's at fault. He didn't bother you; you bothered him.
Does this clear things up for you?

There's a saying that goes something like that:
"let sleeping dogs lie".
You've woken up a whole pack of dogs, and still won't them lie.
Dude, seriously, being a fellow player, I'd like to offer you a bit of advice on how to live with your new nation in nationstates. Don't harras the mods. And for that matter, don't harras other players, but the Mods especially.

If I apologise to every one can I have The Real HLF back. Before this I controlled The HLF and Law2k for almost 6 months and there were no problems. Also Real HLF is like Real IRA it was a break away terrorist group.

Here. A variety of answers. Personally, I'm a big fan of BECAUSE!!!!!!
I see you can't argue with the mods, there is no appeal process , the mods are never wrong. Sounds like a dictatorship. And you say you would get kiled if it was totaliterian well isn't that exactly what happens when the mod kills your nation.
There's an important distinction between "arguing with the mods", which involves presenting evidence that the decision taken by them was wrong and is not what you are doing, and "claiming to be hard-done-by when the mods have explained what happened", which merely involves the assumption of a tone similar to the one you have adopted and is what you are doing.
The reason for the deletion of your nation has been given. You are yet to provide any cogent argument to the contrary.
The Mods are usually right, you can appeal you can appeal to [violet], not recommended though, and another point don't call the Mods totalitarian.

Speaking for myself, I've always felt that totalitarianism has been given a bit of a bum rap. I'm proudly in favour of all democratic institutions being immediately scrapped, and everyone who complains being shot. I'm also in favour of the weak and sickly being put in special camps for the benefit of the species as a whole, and heavy taxes being laid just because the government feels like it.
However, that's just me. Most people, for a variety of good, and I'll admit, well-thought-out reasons, oppose this. In case you haven't noticed, the mods are amongst these people.
Now, let's look at the hard facts. *You* broke the rules. We have witnesses to your breaking of the rules. The mods acted reasonably, and having observed the thread in question, I feel they acted correctly. Now, in a totalitarian web-site, you would have been IP-banned. The mere fact you managed to make this new nation suggests that this is, in fact, merely an orderly society. The majority of people agree with me on that point. Now, stop complaining, and go have fun.

By Jove, I think he's got it!
No one ever said this was a democracy. This site is paid for fully by Max Barry. You notice how there are no ads on this site (except ads for Max's books) and no fee to sign up. It's all coming out of his pocket, and as such, he can do damn well anything he feels like. He has bestowed powers in the mods to manage the site fairly and justly, and to perform things such as deletions as they deem necessary. Don't like the mods' decisions? You're welcome to leave the site.
(I guess I'll include the "NOT A MOD" signatory like everyone else does)

The Real HLF2, this isn't the Supreme Court here, I don't think that you understand this. If you go and read the Terms of Service, which you should have when you joined, or even read the FAQ, you will plainly see that it is stated that this is not a democracy. The decisions of the Mods/[violet]/Max are final. There's not much you can do about this. It's hosted on a private server, so this is the way it bounces.
The Mods don't really have to tell you, never mind anyone else, anything. They're coming back and trying to clear this up because they really try and keep people happy. They're people too.
You were deleted, you have a new nation, so just move on and suck it up like a man/woman. Staying here argueing proves nothing. Like a lot of other people have said, if you don't like it here, all you have to do is type in another url and you're gone. Simple as that.

And as for why, how's about "you were told to stop posting on a thread multiple times by the same Moderator and didn't".
Sounds like a decent reason.

No, but I warned you. More than once too. Steph doesn't need to warn you again if another mod has warned you.
Please it wasn't that serious the offence. Please can I have Real HLF back under terms and conditions. Please. I want to take this oppertunity to apologise for spamming on Euroslavias thread, a possible flame on Hack and Transistan. Please

Repeated flaming and spamming, after being warned, more than once by a Game Mod to stop, and doing most of it in a Sticky, no less, does not count as "[not] that serious".
It's not like truly contrite nations have not been ressurrected in the past.
Then again, if that became common practice, I'd have to stop laughing when I read threads like this.

Actually I warned him as well in the other thread. He didn't listen to me either.

Don't worry pal. I expreeanced the same thing. On vacation (which I was really enjoying) the mods deleted me for nothing. I created another one but that was deleted too. So i have this one now. It is very sad because right now I could be a 500 nation with my own custom pretitle!!! :x
Are you sure you were not deleted for inactivity, if so you can ask for your nation back.
The first deletion sounds like in-activity, though judging by the wording, it seems the second met with deletion quite quickly in comparison.
Hmmm, could a moderator comment on this ?
