Dear Fellow NationStates Members whom are respectfully called Moderators,

I have realized something from my many days Role Playing and posting on many message boards. Although it may seem as though I am "sucking-up," please refrain from this belief as I am Complimenting you Moderators on how much a great job you do compaired to whom I have seen on many a Message Board.

You see, although there are a few message boards with great Moderators, it is not a common occurance. You Moderators of the NationStates Message Board are among the few that show Maturity in your work, and I am honored to be a Member of these boards because of this great reputation.

I see many a time how calm and respectful you are when someone is joking to you, in the process giving a friendly warning if that person knows not whom he insults if he does, laughing along if that person means souly to joke. So long have I viewed many a Board have Moderators that take advantage of their positions and claim themselves Higher than those below them, however I have never seen the Moderators of this Board use that tone with no reason to, thus meaning that NationStates Moderators will use that Authritive Tone to reinforce their position as Board Peacekeepers/Peacemakers in the process of not going out-of-bounds with the toned explanation.

Moderators of this Board have the ability and maturity to realize a situation when they see it, and I have noticed that if one Moderators knows not how to handle a specific situation, he/she will get another Moderator of greater experience, perhaps even an Administrator, to assist or take over in the problem/situation in the hopes of solving it, in which most of the time, if not all, it is.

Moderators of this Board are noticed to have the highest Respect among members, thus showing that they are indeed not abusing their Moderation Abilities and Powers. For this alone I am thankful.

Moderators of this Board expose their personalities in a common conversation, showing that they are not just Serious people that can't have fun.

Moderators of this Board are a rarity, and I thank every Moderator of this NationStates Board for going about your jobs the RIGHT way and respecting all in the process. I truly thank you for not being like so many who love to take advantage of their positions. I have held you to a high respect, and I am most definitly NOT disappointed. If anything, I am honored to be a member of this Board because of the Moderators whom reside here.

It's a very underlying, subtle thing. Hard to pick up on, but once you figure it out, you'd be laughing after reading half my posts ;)

Ya'll Mods do an Excellent Job here, and I thank every one of you for not becomingt such.......air heads, if I may respectfully say, in your work. No times have I seen no Mod sentance without proper cause, so no time shall I doubt it unless I strongly believe otherwise, as we are all entitled to our own opinion.

However, nonetheless, Moderators of the NationStates forum are Highly Respected for their Maturity in their Work, Studing every case as best as possible, never to sentence where Justice does not deserve to be served, serving that Justice upon those that betray the Trust of all Fellow NationStates Members.

Thanks Again, NationStates Mods. Perhaps one day I'll be up there, but I like sittin back for now and praising the excellent job ya'll do. Dun worry, haven't seen no wrong yet! :D

Personally i thionk they mods would be doing a fine job if they would keep their noses where they belong. :)

I keep seeing them screwing up region crashes just because they are against it. Thats just plain wrong. The game had region crashes incorperated into it. I just don't see why whenever a big crash happens and the invaders are going to win. The mods pull a stunt like, freezing the region from updating, or deleting the soon to be delegate(because he appears to be a cheater).

I'm not trying to get down on all the mods, cus I know that some of them proli don't care one way or the other. But there is at least one of you that has it in for the invaders. And its rediculous. Without invaders the game would be boring to the other half of the population who plays. Take that into consideration. PLEASE!

I hope noone things I'm tearing mods down or anything. I just think theres a nazi mod out there going nuts on invaders. It should at least be investigated.

This is actually the one and only argument in which I will defend the mods. It's just plain hard to find UN multies, and it takes forever. Crashes make it easier to find them....a lot easier. That's why they often don't get deleted until they participate in a crash.

It also says a whole lot about the character of invaders that they're nearly the only ones who use multies. :wink:

The mods here are far from perfect. When you see one of them having a bad day, keep your head down.

Only the good actions of the mods prevent me from showing you what an insult really is. You have your opinion and shut up while I voice mine. That alright with you?

Both of you simmer down. It can be difficult to judge voice and humor over the internet, but I think that it is a safe assumption that Nodea Rudav was joking around. After all he said that by 'twisting his words' to claim that the mods were perfect that you were insulting the mods. That to my eye is a clear attempt at humor.
