The region of East Pacific had a change of delegacy this morning. As the former delegate I have some interest about this particular event because he banned delegate that was usurped and a few others without unbanning them. Is he an invader? I'm not sure, I can't track him because the Event log cycled through. Although he did have 4 endorsements this morning, and now only has 2.

If any of the mods can see if the nation of Frankenburg has broken any of the rules that would be much appreciated. also if anyone else knows if he is an invader please let me know.

East Pacific XP

The current delegate of East Pacific is World Leader Pretend. A native, as the XML history clearly shows. Yesterday the delegate was indeed Frankenburg, who wasn't even IN the region last week. Generally that hints towards an invader delegacy, though it's far from solid proof.

Last week (March 27th) the delegate of East Pacific was a nation by the name of Dreknor. I do have you listed as the delegate on March 6th and February 13th though.

Frankenburg has been a resident of the region South Crazy Sea, and was the delegate there for some time too.
