This is a case for the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page.
Please edit the names of the nations that you are accusing out of your post - if they are not guilty, it unfairly tarnishes their reputation if the accusation is posted in the public forums. If you do not do so, a Moderator will probably do it for you.

NSZA: Of the two nations you named, only one is in the UN. I did detect a single cheat hit; probably when the owner was switching UN status from one nation to the other.
They are not UN multies.
Do not make UN multi accusations in the forums again.
