Well people, it appears that they mighty region of Holtwood has defeated your rather pathetic defences. I, Congoliad, am now the Regional Delegate and therefore have the power to do whatever I so choose.

As you have no power to stop me, I leave you with a choice. You can either leave this region, (passively or forcefully) or you can choose to join Holtwood, and be part of an already powerful, yet still growing region. The choice is yours. The requirements are that you firstly join the UN, and secondly endorse the nation of Facist Azuran. Any actions you take while in our region of Holtwood will be closely monitored so do not attempt to seize power.

As i was part of the seizing party i have already had quite a laugh today, but i think that i'll extend my fun now, by pointing out how pathetically easy it was to conquer your region.
In case you do not know what is goin on in here we have invaded, and one of our number, namely Congoliad, has been chosen to take the position of most power. The region has been password protected, to prevent any of your allies coming to your aid, although i doubt that you have any.
Your only hope would have been to take the position of delegate back, through all becoming memebers of the UN, but by the time any changes could come into effect (around 10am tomorrow) you will no longer be here, whether you leave, or whetrher we have to kick you out.

Verified - my Cuba puppet has been ejected and left on the banlist.

I can confirm the above observations as being correct, and note that at the time of writing, the sole endorser of the current UN Delegate Congoliad, is Warrock.

However, the Getting Help page ( http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help ) is the correct place for griefing reports and indeed all in-game violations.

Wolfish here - Please be aware that some nations from Role Play University (co-founded by Stephistan and Wolfish) are attempting to take the delegate position in Cuba - in order to return it to a rightful native UN nation.

All the UN nations were booted by the invaders - and have yet to return. In order to prevent a second invasion by hostiles - we felt a friendly take over was in order.

Should I obtain delegate position, all nations will be removed from the ban list.

Please note that Stephistan is not taking part, as her nobility would not allow her to play the part of game mod and "Rescuer of Cuba".

I am simply an observer here. I can not take part. However, if the people of Juggernaut are really being honest in their assertions. Which there is no real reason to believe they are not, with the exception of past actions. Then perhaps a way to show your good will and good faith would be to endorse "Karbine" who I will personally vouch for that his intentions are exactly as he says. That would be a way to "work" together. I am simply observer to ensure that at the update no greifing of this region takes place again. If Karbine (Wolfish) assumes the Delegate position, then this will not happen and I know that there are people working within RPU to restore Cuba to their rightful owners. However, I will not interfere with any thing that happens, provided no rules are broken.

A suggestion on who to endorse, vouching on a player's trustworthyness, declaring one side to be the 'rightful owners' of a region...

Political in-game statements coming from the Voice Of Mod?!?

At least it's made clear the Mod Center won't be otherwise used in this endeavour other than to uphold NS law.

I made it clear I was simply making sure the region wasn't going to be greifed again. I knew that Wolfish wasn't lying.. I see no problem in saying that. I had no intentions of doing any thing and I didn't.

There's a difference between a mod opinion on what is or isn't appropriate behaviour, how the rules should be interpreted, etc..., and providing a political in-game opinion. The latter should in my opinion be done as a player, not as a mod. Hence, the use of a Voice Of Mod message to make political statements and gather endorsements for a particular candidate for delegacy is, once again just my opinion as a player, inappropriate.

Yeah, I can see your point about the VoM.. I was in the mod center at the time.. seemed easier.. I will give on that. I guess I should of just went in as my own nation. But really, it's seen as me being a mod any way. I did sign the darn thing, but it didn't show up. I'm not sure why. On that though I will give. But I really didn't do any thing.. they did do it themselves, I told any one who asked any thing I was simply observing.. and that's all I was doing. I'll admit I shouldn't of sent a message from the mod center. My bad.. sorry. I shall know not to do it again in the future. I didn't really think about it that way till you said it.. you're right. I meant no harm by it nor did I mean for it to look "inappropriate" honest. This was my first attempt at trying to help a region that had been greifed. I will know better next time. Thanks for the advice .. you're right.
