If I have two nations and I want to swap UN statuses between them, do I use two different email accounts or just one to apply?

doesn't matter as long as you have only 1 in the UN
it is wise to wait 2 days before switching

If you resign Nation A [UN] before applying with Nation B [non-UN], you won't need two email addresses.
If you apply with Nation B and receive the email before resigning Nation A, you will need two different email addresses. Note: this practice is perfectly legal.
