They can eject the Founder, yes.

The Founder will still have regional control.

Does that mean that a nation can ban the founder, too? I mean, if the founder has regional control, then, they can simply forbid the UN Delegate from accessing it... which will defeat the purpose of them gaining delegateship.

Well... if the Delegate is an invader, they can't ban, of course. If they're just a random native Delegate, then sure, they can leave the Founder on the ban list. It won't mean much as the Founder can also unban himself.

ooh, does that mean that if the founder is banned, and the un delegate is a native, does the delegate have to give the founder the password if the region's password is changed

i mean, if the founder isn't in the region, can he still access the controls or does he just have to be in the region to do so

I mean just what I said. The Founder always has regional control, no matter what region they are in. They can ban, unban, allow access, remove access, password, remove password, and change the factbook regardless of their current location.

Are you absolutely sure of that? Most of that yes, but the access part? I know a region where the Founder wants to spend his time in another region, but also wants Delegate access to the regional controls off. And every time he leaves, Del access comes back on.

I thought that was supposed to happen, but maybe it's a bug?

That's supposed to happen. The Founder can still access the region tho.

I'm still very much a newbie, so ignore me if I'm being stupid here (well, you would anyway, wouldn't you, LOL) but would it not be easier if the UN delegate and the nations who endorsed it all just moved off to a new region the UN delegate creates?

Yes, but he can't remove access for the Del, which you said he could in your last post. Unless of course "remove access" meant some other access.

Eh... technically he still can. The Founder will still have access to that function... it just resets itself.

At any rate, the question concerned the Founder unbanning himself, which he can still do.

*smile* Okay. Now I fully understand.

The founder can do anything. Period. Nothing can stop the founder from doing anything in his own region. Period.

I know, we've tried it in my own region.
