Recruiting
Someone has just sent a recruitment TM to (I believe) everyone in my region today. I believe this is a prelude to invading (which I can deal with), but I'd like to protect my region members against spam. Is there anything which can be done?

yeah, tell them to block those or similar advertisment telegram-sending nations
Its not that one is a problem, it just seems like region targeted spam is... a bit dodgy.

You are correct...that's why methods such as banning someone from sending you a telegram were created.
AFAIK, as long as it's only one telegram per person, it's not against the rules.

If your region is strong, then, don't worry about the recruitment telegrams, the nations residing in your region will stay there. Otherwise, as long as the recruiter follows the rules, they can send the telegrams.
