'Unofficial Warning'

I just searched through the threads I've posted in, looked at one that had been closed and noticed that several people had been given warnings for flaming, flamebait and trolling. Some of the warnings were official, and some were unofficial. I was given an 'unofficial warning' (for flamebaiting) and I was wondering where exactly this puts me. Do I get an official warning next time? Are the mods now watching me for slipups? Should I care?

Thanks

note: I would have just sent a TM to TG to ask, but ya'know.....

Unofficial warnings are just that. Basically, it's a way for us to let you know that you're doing something wrong. If we see something again, sure, you'll get a warning, but the "unofficial" deal isn't anything to be terribly concerned about, just don't repeat the behavior.

Heh, in other words, it's us being nice :P
