A small Request
Sorry to bother you but I have a small request.I was wondering whether it would be possible to switch Founder Status of thriaz mountain from me to The Almighty dominion of Shiff. If this is possible i would greatly appreciate if it could be done.

but your region is small enough just get everyone to agree to move until the next update and your can re-found it yourself

Nope, everyone doesn't have to agree. If he's founder, he can do pretty much anything he likes with his region, so long as it's not something obscene or against other rules. He can eject everyone if he likes.
Delegates, on the other hand, have to be careful...
My region is a staging base for an organisation, I'm leaving due to RL problems and am putting a friend incharge of the organisation. I thought it would be easier to look after regional security if I had an active nation fondering the region during my absence.
Delegates Cannot Do This (so don't get any ideas)
However, you are a founder and that's a whole nother bag of potato chips.
As a founder, you are allowed to boot everyone out of the region and set a password so that they can't return. This means that when the update runs (infact it's runnign right now), the region will be deleted and a different player will be able to found it.
Be warned, though: A third party snagging regions while this is happening is not illegal, although it is frowned upon. If someone who you don't intend to refounds the region, then there is nothing the mods can do about it (no matter how much some of them want to).
Once again: this only applies to founders. A delegate must ask everyone to leave, and cannot boot them out to refound the region. It is legal to lock the door on the way out, though.
