Hi is it spamming when one nation competley dominates the regional happenings when they just go back and fourth from one region to another.
Even worse this nation when out of his way to crack the regional password. He has advertised this on our regional message board which is the North Pacifc.
For it to be spamming, it would need to happen in a short amount of time. Back and forth between regions multiple times in 5 minutes or so.
If he is causing your region problems, eject him and/or put him on your regional ban list and that should solve it.
I'm not a mod, but that should help fix your problem.

I'm not a mod either...but I don't see how that could be spamming...or if it is, why someone would do it in the first place...
It seems like a rather stupid thing to do
Now, as for the regional password thing...I'd just ban him or get your delegate/founder to ban him if you are neither of those things.
