I think he should be given a 'suggestion' to change the motto to something less offensive .

That motto is compleatly inapporpite and discusting .

It violates the rules, as it is inappropriate with or without asterisks.

Since it attempts to display a word to cause someone to feel a sense of insult, it is therefore something, even if so done, that is ment to cause someone pain, confusion, insult, and everything therein that includes such actions of vulger use of words or use of phrases that specifically targets ones right to not be insulted.

Therefore, it is an insult because it is ment to insult someone or some people. Therein lies the problem, My Fellow NationStates Members whom have the Honorable Right and Privilage to be Called Moderators.

I ask you seek your wisdom with this problem, hence I can possibly be corrected by my speech in no such way this can apply to such a situation, if corrected.
