will we ever get round to electing a founder? i say we finalize a ballot. then we vote by each nominee creating a region temporarily and everyone voting for him will go to that region. its a great idea.

Given the size and nature of the region, Hell was deemed 'exceptional' enough to merit the appointment of a new founder after Sythia came barging in and, no pun intended, raised Hell with the natives and the mods.
