Ejected from the UN
I received a telegram telling me that I was ejected from the UN and barred from re-joining because it's only allowed to have one nation on the UN.
I just have (or had) one nation on the game: Leader Simba.
What happened?
And as I've seen on the forum, mine isn't the unique case like that.
Anyone can give me some help?
Continuing, I received other telegram telling that I was ejected from the UN "or proposing a change to game mechanics". I didn't know that it was an anti-democratic game, so I proposed a change. Is it very hard to tell me that I can't do that before ejecting me?
Thanks,
João Victor Guedes

you got my support
you see, people vote, so I don't think that's something crazy.
They want what he proposes, why don't make it real(?)?
UN must get better or I think a lot of nations should leave it and make their owns.

I support you, and wish the moderators fixes the bugs that can be happening, causing this kind of deletion...
btw, what kind of proposal was refused? why?

Considering the second telegram you received, you should probably ignore the first one. I've heard a mod state before that the system sends that automatically when a nation gets ejected from the UN for rule violations, even if the rule violation isn't having more than one nation in the UN. I'm hoping fixing that is in the list of stuff to do.
Now, onto your problem... did you read the Before you make a proposal... (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=77286) sticky in the UN forum? It explains what the rules are for submitting proposals. Also, it states that a "Flagrant Offence" will get you ejected from the UN without any warning:
Flagrant Offences
1. Radical changes to Game Mechanics - including but not limited to the following: setting up parallel UNs, Security Councils etc; allowing individual nations to decide whether or not to abide by resolutions; repeal proposals or proposals supporting the repeal of past resolutions.
2. Racist or otherwise "bigoted" proposals - including but not limited to the following: advocating the killing of any minority groups or deportation of same to other locales.
3. Other highly offensive proposals - to be decided upon on a case-by-case basis.
Also note that on the proposal submission page it says:
Inappropriate proposals will be removed. This includes proposals that:
suggest changing how the game works (use the Forum instead)
contain descriptions that do not match the category and effect
are not worthy of the UN's consideration
For more detail on what constitutes an inappropriate proposal, see here (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=77286).
As an added note, once you've covered the legal aspects, you might also want to read the United Nations Resolution Writing Guide (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=124639). Handy! It's also a sticky in the UN forum.
Keep in mind that even if you will not be able to rejoin the UN (a mod will probably rule on your appeal) you can still join the UN using a different nation.

This is why it's important to read ALL the rules before diving into the game in any format.
Ballotonia's pretty much on the money. The game automatically sends out a telegram saying "you have multiple UN nations" whenever anyone gets ejected. If you get one of those, your best bet is to take it as notification that you're out of the UN, but not necessarily as the reason that you're out of the UN.
In your case, you were ejected for proposing a change to game mechanics which, as has been quoted previously, is an offence which carries an automatic ejection from the UN. That was what happened in your case, and the response was as mandated.
As for your claim that the game is somehow "anti-democratic", that's hardly a useful argument. Admin has made it abundantly clear that the only "rights" an individual player has are those afforded him or her. If [violet] were to decree tomorrow that the word "purple" cannot be used on the forums on pain of deletion, that's the way the game would run.
You appear to have confused the concept of "democracy" with the concept of "completely open programming". Suggestions to change the way in which the game works can be made via the Technical forum - and frequently are made in this way. However, proposing changes to game mechanics in the UN is not allowed.
