this is specifically against the NS rules to drop into Regions, and post recruitment spam on their public boards like thes. Recruitment is to be by telegrams only. i'd like Awe and Shock warned against this behavior.

Yes, it is.

I've submitted reports for Area 51 in the past. The board moves really fast though, and they've (or it's I forget if it was one or two) not been dealt with in time, unless the mods managed to get to it in time.

What I personally usually do for offenses that need attention fairly soo is change the title to "request for mod verification", then submit the report complete with URL, to the Help Page under "Spamming".

Edit: Although I'm only a player, I just checked, and for what my word is worth, Labrador's claims are true.
