I had one nation in the UN, Then i was givin this one (about a month ago). They were both in the UN because i was soooo happy it slipped my mind that they were both in the UN so now i am kicked out THAT IS NOT FAIR
Ignorance of the rules is no excuse. It's not like the whole "multi" thingie just sprung up over-night. You made a mistake and have paid for it. Start a new nation and move on with it.

Why is it not fair?
We don't make exceptions to the rules based on the emotions experienced by the players - especially where those emotions are experienced as a result of the contravention of a rule.

Then days must be very long, because our cheat scan shows UN multi hits as far back as January, and very steadily through February and March.

You say you were given another nation "about a month ago". So the second nation wasn't in the UN when it was given to you?
In that case, you've moved (in legal terms) from simple misfeasance - in that you didn't remove one nation from the UN - to actual malfeasance in that you put the other one into the UN. Still, it hardly changes the situation.

I know you're telling the truth. You admitted to having two nations in the UN at one time. Know also that we're telling the truth when we say that that's against the rules.
