I do too. But they've never been clear about what's in it.

Perhaps just posts making fun at all the regular players?
Maybe it's a place where they make bets on what will happen next in the game?
Or perhaps they exchange cookie recipes?

Are their jokes in good nature? Who's winning the most bets? Are the cookies any good? Perhaps we'll never know.

I accuse Ballatonia for being in the leash of the mods :lol: and that this is a bloody good cover up!! As Area 51 exists, so do the Forum 7. I know this, because they (not the mods) have finally said that Area 51 really exists after all those years of cover ups.

This man has more or less told me that Forum 7 exists. Unfortunatly.. alas, he was struck DEAT by something, yes, mods, in the middle of the night. So my information is only worth so much.. nil. I know for a fact that it exists!!

I think that forum 7 is a private forum that only mods and admin can view. Of course they wouldn't be able to reveal it to anyone else and only mod or admin accounts can have permission to view it. If my guess is right, you have my permission to remove this post.

Not exactly. Usergroups are disabled on NS. Although there may be one hidden mod usergroup, I don't know.

BB forums allow one to set certain permissions on a control panel. THe Permission settings are "ALL" "REG[ular Member]" "PRIVATE" "MOD" and "ADMIN" One of the permission types is "Read".

If one sets "Read" to "MOD", you must be a mod or in a modified usergroup to even view it. This is what I did.

If you try to view it not logged in, it will ask you to log in first, before telling you that it does not exist.

If you log in with a mod account, it of course lets you view it.

I realized that I forgot two little details.

Answer to your question: no, only if one could hack into the control panel, create an open usergroup, andthen modify(make mod) the usergroup.

And that's assuming that [violet] has not created special permission masks for the mods.

I have found the mods here are usually very arogant and take great pleasure in keeping secrets and even flaunting secrets from regular players.

I suspect they do need a forum of some sort to disscus what new secret they are going to keep from us next time around.

Try logging out, and then attempting to view the non-existent forums. Forums 0, 13, etc., still say "does not exist." Forum 7 asks you for a password.

Now you know.

We already have very few Delegates reading the proposal list.

I feel a need to vent on this.

The proposal list is still way to long, with Max knows how many poorly written proposals. Perhaps if at least marginal speeling and grammar were required(Max knows my speling and grammar are awful, but it's still readable, but if capitalization, punctuation, and proper spelling in the tiltle were required it would reall cut the list down). And perhaps if duplicate proposals by different peopleproposals were barred. . .

Also, I actually read the proposal list, one of the few who did reguarly until the "Legalize [Sex Slavery]" resolution passed. Brilliant move guys. It's things like this which slowly drive active delegates out of the UN.

The fatc of the matter is this - the rules have become much stricter than what Max intended them to be. Whether that is a good or bad thing is another matter but it remains that the rules have become much stricter that even the creator of this website created a proposal which would be deleted now.
