I am posting on Snoggers behalf. He wishes to know if there will be any listening to his side of the story.

I thought the usual punishment for region griefing is a UN ban. He thinks complete deletion is a bit hard when considering he was a native to the region elected delegate of the region by the natives and thought what he was doing was in the best interest of the region.

Actually, the usual punishment is deletion. You might want to read some of the newer posts in the thread on the subject.

Common sense dictates that emptying a region is not the smartest way to get rid of idle nations, as also utterly decimates a region and leaves it extremely vulnerable to invaders.

And the usual punishment for griefing is immediate deletion. Snogger is welcome to create a new nation, but his old one will not be restored.
