Yknow I think your right- after so long his isp woulda reset his ip tho- or hes got himself a rolling i.p ah well- it would have been nice to think he could have been given another chance after being gone for so long.

I think that a 2nd incarnation of him got deleted, I'm not sure, but I don't remember an IP ban being mentioned.

If he's IP banned, not even the mods can directly change it, the descision is up to the admin.

Although I know as a player who reads Nuts & Bolts that IP banned people generally are not in need of a second chance. More like a twentith.
