Im not sure that the ISP logged is even his, you see there are programs out there you can use to mask your ISP or even broad cast a false origination point, he may very well be using one of these.
Although someone with soo little to do than spam Farm animlse on the forum of a Text game must be ignorant enough to not mask it.

There are ways around this, according to my father, which I'm sure somebody who understands this all better than I can explain.
That would only provde one layer of protection.
