you cant deleted a nation only mods can and they wont delete a nation if you request it the nation has to do some thing wrong

You can delete a nation by not signing on for 28 days. Make sure it's not in Vacation mode, change the password to something random, and just walk away. It'll die on its own. Don't antagonize the mods by doing something DEATworthy, it's not worth the trouble.
