Why are these nations deleted? I asked some time ago if the name "Salusa Secundas" was legal and it was as long as it made clear he/she wasn't the mod.

A problem player who harassed Hack with puppets, flames, lots of threads... the whole nine yards. The twerp got himself IP banned eventually.

What happens if it was some newb who didn't know any better? Say someone called themselves "The Best Hack" or "Sputnik9" or something. Would they be deleted?

It's a case-by-case thing, but the hypothetical newb would probably be safe unless he went around the place actually pretending to be the mod in question. Those two names seem alright to me, though.

Not in game it doesn't It takes a bit more initiative to click on the link and see if it says "moderator" on there spotlight.

All the same, new players may not know to look for the "Moderator" tag (in game or on the forums).
