Made a NationStates 2 site that attempted to steal peoples password then he started a thread which he spammed and it took about 3 mods and Sal to stop him in the end, He was I.P banned i think

He is quite likely the most detestable player in NS history.

He made Marathon look like a saint and Francos Spain look like Abe Lincoln.

Yes, this case goes down in the history books of NS. I watched it unfold, and it was ugly, but the mods united and won the battle.

The mods have some way of keeping track of deleted rulebreakers and each offense, which we players can only wonder at.

Yet somehow I doubt that they'd forget even without that.

Not quite. Enodia made various sotto voce comments about what should have happened to him. Other players were much more vocal. In terms of the legal side, all I did was provide him with some pro bono advice - namely, "You are breaking a large number of laws and I recommend you stop doing so".

Part of it was, but I watched NS a lot before I began playing to understand the game mechanics. I wanted to "play" properly before creating my own country and jumping into the throng of things. :D
