Some of you older guys might wonder why this forum has wound up so bad off. Well I have a theory. Lowsy moderators. See I got myself locked out of a thread why because the moderators acted like jerks so I assumed they were unimportent jerks and continued what I was doing not even knowing the problem. I didn't realize that the actual state of my nation has no bearing in this forum. I would say I planed to nuke the peace conference. I was responed to with stuff like
"Your ignoured n00b," and
"your too young to have nukes quit godmoding,"
Now I'm new I had no Idea I was godmoding or even what that was instead of explaining things to me the moderators gripped. Now a good moderator would explain things in a respectful way so they don't wind up with some kid that wants revenge.
For example they could have suggested I use a chemical weapon since nuclear is too advanced. They could have explained that my nations actual state has no bearing.
Instead they just said read the rules you stupid n00b.
Mind you I'm simply ill informed my IQ happens to be well above the aveage persons so in all likely hood well above the average person in any given place namely here. So all moderators get over yourselves and be understanding and helpfull.

The forums suck because jack offs like you post threads like these, eating bandwith. That and we have a general forum. :?

Moderators deal with spammers like you. So far they have done a good job. They are not responsible for policing RPing.

Also, no one wants their RP ruined because someone randomly wants to nuke it. That's not how it works in the real world. Learn how to play....read the stickies.

You should also know that "average IQ" also includes those who are metally retarded and disabled. It's rather easy to get above average.

*a-HEM* Personal attacks directed at other players (aka 'Flaming') is against the rules, and is why that thread was locked. I suggest you knock it off before one of us 'lowsy moderators' have to moderate your relatively new keister. If more people used common sense and maybe a pinch of common courtesy, we wouldn't have these problems.

You know, you guys came into a perfecty good thread and all you kept saying was "I'm gonna nuke all you people." I mean, if the whole thread is telling you that you're godmodding, take a hint. All you did was go off name calling and cursing. Besides being against the rules, it was just plain mean. That's against the rules and that's why the thread was locked.

And you know something Reploid - it's true, if people would think before they submitted, half all the problems around here would be gone.

I actually agree with both of you. Thats my point, if people were more civil around here we'd all be happier. I understand that if you know the rules its stupid to repeatedly break them but if you yell at people to read the rules and insult them the last thing they're going to do is listen. I know why I was locked out but it could have been prevented with a little respect and creative suggestions leaving everyone happier.

Somethin tells me that you're talking out of your derriere at this point Darcul. At the least, you're not giving a true account of what was really going on. I suggest you follow Reploid's advice. And in the future, if you send anybody a nasty telegram, I will be more than HAPPY to delete your nation for obvious rules violations.

BTW, remember that ToS you agreed to when you joined, go read it.

Why is it nations always blame the mods? Statistically, there's more mods than players, which means more players should be causing problems as opposed to the mods. Just think about that for awhile.

Destroy everything. What? It doesn't destroy anything its just a simple matter of politely requesting they studie the rules. Some people might go on a forum a lot and be used to it and assume that this has little difference between it and this forum. If you treat the one day old n00bs with respect and explain things to them your problem is solved, if you yell at them then they'll just become more defiant and want to continue to assert their sense of understanding.

Informative. This place is really complex, well I do know how to use my other low population account in a war situation. I'm wondering do you have to build up your nation in each thread. If I start a nuclear weapons program does that count for a different war and if it does how can one be sure that someone that claims to have aquired nuclear weapons or whatever isn't just lieing.
