You obtained the delegacy by invasion and you secure it by ejecting people who get more endorsements than you. You can never be a native delegate unless you leave the region and come back and regain the delegacy without outside support.
Even if all your outside support leaves and you're still the delegate, it doesn't count.

Its not a completely insane idea. If someone in real life took power through a coup, then held unfair, biast elections, you wouldn't say they were democraticaly elected, would you?

An invader is an invader is an invader, and cannot boot natives or password the region without sending the password to them.

Spoffin is right, you can never be the "native" delegate unless you do it without outside support.
