i was kicked out of the U.N but i never had more than two nations join but one of my friends had logged in on my computer. So that is my case and i would like to be re-emitted to the U.N if you don't believe me you can ask the nations of republic of BobJones and dominion of Nitard

Once you've been kicked out of the UN for breaking the rules, you won't be let back in. There's no way to prove if your friend really did log onto your computer.

Okay, I know we're not supposed to speak for the moderators in these kinds of situations, but I want to say something. The mods have more than one method of determining whether or not someone is cheating. They don't immediately delete any two nations that sign on using the same IP address. That's one of the red flags to look into a possible cheater, but it's not the only thing they do. My roommate and I operated two UN nations off of one computer for almost three months (until he resigned because the UN was giving his people too many rights) without getting so much as a warning telegram. Obviously, they could determine that we were not in fact the same person. So, if you got deleted for having more than one UN nation, odds are you had more than one UN nation.

Sorry, just my $.02.

That doesn't mean the mods determined you WEREN'T UN multis, you just weren't caught using the same computer. I'm not saying you did it purposely. I'm just stating the facts. Sometimes UN multis, whether they are or not, are caught and sometimes they're not.

Listen there are threads like this one 5 times a week go back and look at some of them they all en in the same way the mods say NO :!:

So your best bet is to start again with another nation.

The mods can't see what you're doing. They have no way of telling whether that's a friend logging in on your computer, or you creating multiple UN nations.

is there anyway he could start over with the same name?

I doubt it

LOL, Mods check the last logged IP and when they are the same and both in UN, you get a kick. Simple as that. IP's come from the the computer. Considering that would be yours and thats why you were kicked. Two UN's same IP = Multis.

I don't think that's the way mods work.

That is not how we do it. Our checks are far more advanced and sensitive than that.

I also think that they check the log on patterns. If you have one nation and your friend has another - they won't be logged on at the same time. Sdaeriji and his roommate weren't using the nations at the same time... Just my input - not a mod though.

I am not the person in question.

But it is possible to have two or more nations logged in at the same time on the comp. You just open two or more browsers, log in on different nations on all browsers. Or the same nation on all browsers.
Thats how you do it.

Thats how you do it.Okay, but by the simple step of not doing that, you'd "convince" the mods that you were 2 different people, when in fact you've got many different UN nations.

You can use two seperate browser windows and log in twice... (What Asmodean said)

Goobergunchia demonstrated it less than a week ago with his puppet and his main nation. I've done it a few times too when RPing and moderating.
