I need a sticky on International Incidents if possible.....How would i go about requesting one?...

You don't. The mods usually don't put stickies up to often, they'll do it once in a while for helping threads. Perhaps a link here so that the mods can chek it would do?

You don't ask a mod to make a sticky, they just do it. If it's really worth their time, they'll do it.

One way is starting a thread in Moderation linking to the topic in question and stating why you think that thread deserves a sticky.
