Sometimes I think that Post-Term abortion should be allowed.

Like now.

How many incarnations has he had so far?

I have a more than sneaking suspicion (due to confrimation in it's first post) that excited bananas is ALSO the count...

I think I asked if anyone had seen the Count lately and I think that was as soon as yesterday and now he turned up. He's been gone for a while, haven't he? Or just been lurking under different name?

sorry i am new but what did this guy do that everyone knows his name like that

If you do anything worth knowing about, everyone knows about you. For example, if you get in wars almost every week, you'll be well known because of your blood-thirsty-ness.

The Count (in different versions) has been deleted one zillion times due to his 'colorful' language.

Actually, I believe there have only been 2-3 dozen nations in the various series.

How many incarnations has he had so far?

According to the Great List, this is number 19 as 'C_UNT D_ICKULA' and other spelling varations.
This dud is the only one I know of that has a 'modbomb on sight' order on him.

Oh, there are a few other guys with DEAT on sight orders on their heads, but this guy is certainly the most dedicated to coming back.

The Michael Jackson nations tend to get deleted on site, due to inappropriate language.

Most DEAT-icated, don't you mean?

Well, I found him annoying back then (september?), but now I can't help but smile whenever I see his posts. Too bad I missed him the last time. The Count... his persistency is something extra. You've got to give him credit for that at least.

Lol, I suppose so. Although he must be a bit of a headache for the mods. I don't think they find it funny!

How come does not violet just IP ban these people :?:
IP ban doesn't work well vs. people on dial-up. Depending on their ISP, they could have any of multiple ranges of IP addresses. Even broadband users can sometimes work around IP bans if DHCP assigns them a new IP address. For that matter, corporate users like myself can sometimes get around it by simply plugging into a different port and powering on. Your IP can vary for multiple reasons.

IP ban is not a perfect tool. The mods do what they can with it, and that has to be enough.
