The Desolated Lands spammed

First off i know i am supposed to use the getting help page but last time my region was spammed it took to long for a moderator response
The Republic of Deonel has spammed my region the desolated lands.

Didn't get a screenshot, but I followed Deonel's trail. He basically announced he was about to spam, then posted multiple paragraphs of the word 'spam'. He moved into Desolated Lands from the North Pacific, then proceeded to visit Freedom Fighters, Peace, and the Young World, where Corinthe ejected him after his first post.
In each region, he announced himself as a spammer, posted 3 or 4 times to Regional Happenings, and moved on. Last I saw him, he was in RR and quiet after a couple of desultory multi-line spams.
I'd have posted earlier, but the server ... yadda yadda yadda ...
