Here's my question if you were to region crash a region and capture the delegate spot. Can you eject the former delegate ?? But that would be the only person you eject.

i think that depends on the total size of the region, if ir's just a region of 2 or 3 people, i wouldn't risk it, but if it's a big region, i think you can, just remember to unban him immediatly.
but hey, what do i know, not a mod, just bored...

Well, as the Founder is (obviously) a native, you would have to immediately unban him or her.
Of course, it's a pretty stupid tactic, really. Remember, the Founder can undo anything and everything you do, as well as eject you. All without even being in the region.
Hack, the question was in relation to the former delegate, not the founder.

Ah, yeah. You can eject them, but must immediately unban them. Also, if you password the region, you have to give it to them, just like any Native.

Just to elaborate a bit on what Hack said....
Remember that you cannot eject a large fraction of natives from the region. If there are only two natives, then ejecting one is immediately griefing. I'm applying the approximate 40% measurestick, here. If there are only three natives, then ejecting one of them is very risky (in terms of whether or not you'll be deleted).
