It's been discussed before and isn't going to happen (especially not in the new feature freeze - when is the move gonna happen?).
For your future refrence: new feature suggestions should be posted in the tech forum.
Naleth is completely correct. I'm also not positive that any new NationStates site would go as far as to feature a "parallel UN" for any political persuasion. Certainly my take on it is that the collective Right needs to campaign slightly harder to get a proposal past the collective Left - just like in the real world.
