Well, according to a nation search I just did, 'obstrofia' does not exist, so my opinion is 'obstrofia' must have been an invader who got modbombed for booting too many nations.

After some investigation, I figured out that the nation is actually "Obstrofua". "Obstrofua" did not committ any ejections, only "For Freedom", the Regional Founder, did. "For Freedom", "Obstrofua", "Bonti", and "Kryonis" are UN multies, but the mod who ejected the other three apparently missed "Obstrofua".
I have corrected that oversight (with apologies to the Mod who originally handled this).
Aside from UN multying, I see no other rule violations.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the NationStates game engine does not have a spellchecker. All national names must be spelled exactly right. Thank you.
