I will note that the mods usually do not reverse expulsions from the UN, and your best bet is to create another nation and enter it into the UN. However, only a Game Mod can speak to your case.

It also might help if you would elaborate a bit on the 'framed' part of your message. How were you framed? By whom? Do you have supporting evidence?
