After re reading my previouse post and disgussing it with a few rather rude but wise nations, I have returned to appoligise for my rather harsh words.

One of the affor mentioned nations suggested that I simply ask for a reason instead of insulting everyone hell, west and crooked.

After a little bit of thought I ahve decided to take this advise on and now ask you to please explain the resoning behind your decision to eliminate my proposal on the grounds that it attempts to change the game mechanics when I have wittnessed similar and WORSE proposals allowed not only to be voted on but passed.
