If a nation recieves endorsements from the natives and becomes the delegate and foriegn nations endorse him is he considered an invader delegate and must provide the password to everyone?

If a nation recieves endorsements from the natives and becomes the delegate and foriegn nations endorse him is he considered an invader delegate and must provide the password to everyone?

If the natives have endorsed him and have not been threatened into doing so (Example: "Everyone endorse me or I'll kick you out", which, in that case, would be griefing or threatening to greif if said griefing did not take place.) then he would not be considered an invader, as the natives willingly elected him.

But, if a nation joins the region, and others move in and elect him for delegate, then yes, he must provide the password to natives, etc.

I'm talking about if the natives genuinley elect him and foriengers go there to protect the region by endorsing him too, would he be an "invader delegate?"

I seem to recall the ruling being that a native delegate, put into power by regional natives, cannot be illegitimated by invader votes later. I thought that was stickied somewhere...hmm...

Does the Delegate have enough endorsements from natives alone to remain in power? If so, then the Delegate is a native Delegate.
